Age: Unknown, assumed to be in the thousands
Canon: Doctor Who
Appearance:
When not a blue box, she appears as a lightly aged woman , with a tangled mass of black hair, and slightly widened eyes that always seem to be concerned over something.
Personality:
Background:
http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Idris
Canon point:
At the end of her experience with house – where her human body would have died in canon. Since this was also when she got her human body, it’s the only timeslot really available for this form.
Special Abilities:
She sees all of space and time; further, she is capable of pulling power from herself, in order to spark compatible machinery to life.
Sect:
Civilian
Job:
Historically she's been a ship; but I'm open to adjustments.
Samples:
First Person:
[The woman is staring at the stars, a blanket lightly wrapped about her shoulder. She isn't used to being cold; it comes with having a body.] I sometimes don't know that I like it.
Except I do; and the warmth. It's very warm. Or is it that it will be warm? Do you know what I mean by that? You will. It'll be warm when you see this; I'm recording it. You will pick it up, and it will be warm, and you will look at me - on this video - as if I am insane.
[She sighs, ducking her head a little.] You'll just have to listen. ...Just as soon as I remember what it is I'm supposed to say....
Third Person:
The TARDIS sipped at her tea; earl grey. It was just a little bit too bitter, and a little bit too hot, burning her tongue and throat. She had known it would - Sexy always had always known. But she had drunk it anyways, because she had not been supposed to know. Because she was human, and humans did things linearly.
Sometimes, Idris found that tiresome; like her names - she had so many. ALl juggling about in her brain, demanding that she speak them, remember them. And events. And dates. Sometimes Idris hated them, when she had to keep it all straight and orderly, rather than letting it settle all about her.
Most of the time she didn't mind it, though; days like that one, where it was just a little too hot tea. She added some sugar. She stirred. She took a sip. And she smiled. Perfect; just as she had always known it would be.
Anything Else:
Idris promises to keep any foreknowledge she may or may not have to herself.
In canon, it’s established that a human body can’t technically hold the TARDIS’s complex body; depending on what the mods would find acceptable, I’m more than willing to find a way to work around that – either making this body robotic (in accordance with the various robots that do exist in star wars), or them finding some force-based way of keeping her intact.
Alternatively, there’s the more whovian explanation that she managed to absorb Idris’s dissolving body into her matrix, and create a new – more complex – form for herself to take upon occasion. (In other words, she is still the TARDIS – perhaps even occasionally still a box – but sometimes she can be human.) I know that doesn’t precisely slide into anything we’ve seen in Star Wars, however, so – as I said – I am more than willing to adjust this, or any other part of her, to fit the game.

Appearance:
When not a blue box, she appears as a lightly aged woman , with a tangled mass of black hair, and slightly widened eyes that always seem to be concerned over something.
Personality:
Idris tends to be easily confused; she sees all of time and space, and doesn't know how to put it in present, past, and future terms. Thus, she tends to tilt her head in confusion or thought, referring to things that haven’t happened, and answering questions that haven’t been asked.
Other than that, she is extremely loyal, but also domineering - she steers people along whatever course she views as correct. (As she told the Doctor – she always takes him where he needs to go.) She won’t hesitate to call people on idiotic behavior, either, though it’s occasionally meant with affection.
Idris loves being alive, and is greatly saddened by the idea that it could "end." She values any time she spends with her "thief," the Doctor - who she claims to have stolen.
It should be noted, however, that she is not nearly as moral as the Doctor; she manipulates him into going where he "needs" to be, steals him because she wants to see the universe - and so does he. She will controls anything she can manage to get her hands on. And - unlike the Doctor - never once appears to feel the slightest bit of guilt.
Other than that, Idris tends to be a fairly upbeat person. Though she is occasionally saddened by the things she has witnessed, she’s otherwise excited about anything and everything to come. Sometimes this shows itself in silly ways – “a new idea for kissing!” – and sometimes it shows itself in purely bizarre ways, such as when she was referred to as a biter, and immediately attempted to take a piece of the Doctor. Playing with her face, and staring at mirrors, are other common examples. For everything Idris has seen, she continues to love every experience.

By ruling of the mods, Idris has a human body, sustained and kept together by the force. :)
